We purchase Galaxy Foods in 2015. We work together to create a family oriented business. Our focus is to provide quality services and build friendships with our customers.

Javier Acosta

Javier grew up in Mexico City. In his 20's he moved to the states with a passion for the food industry. He has worked for over 15 years in the industry gaining a range of experiences along the way.

Javier loves cooking for others because it allows him to express his passion for the art of cooking. He receives joy when cooking up a masterpiece for that special someone. Javier said "This can only be achieved by using the best ingredients. That is what I want to provide for my customers."

Elizabeth Acosta

Elizabeth, Javier's wife grew up in San Luis Potosi, Mexico; as a farmer’s daughter that taught her what it means to grow quality produce. She has a special connection with the land and is environmentally conscious, always trying to help to save the planet one way or another.
